Per 1 juni 2025 komen er drie kamers beschikbaar in een ruime woning in de populaire wijk Helpman in Groningen. Het huis bestaat uit in totaal vier studentenkamers en is ideaal als je opzoek bent naar en rustig huis.

Omgeving:
Helpman is een rustige wijk in het zuiden van Groningen. De buurt biedt een prettige leefomgeving met een mix van winkels, sportfaciliteiten en goede OV-verbindingen naar het centrum en het station.

Indeling:
Het huis beschikt over in totaal vier kamers. De drie beschikbare kamers zijn circa 10–12 m² groot. Je deelt de woning met maximaal drie huisgenoten. Er is een gezamenlijke keuken, uitgerust met een kookplaat, koelkast met vriesvak en afzuigkap. Ook de badkamer en het toilet worden gedeeld. Daarnaast beschikt het huis over een ruime tuin rondom én een aparte, afgesloten fietsenberging.

Parkeren:
Parkeergelegenheid in de straat (parkeervergunning vereist).

Huurprijs: €450 – €550 per maand inclusief voorschot g/w/e/ (huurprijs onder voorbehoud)

Helpman is a peaceful neighborhood in the southern part of Groningen. It offers a pleasant living atmosphere with a mix of shops, sports facilities, and good public transport connections to the city center and the main train station.

Layout:
The house contains four rooms in total. The three available rooms are approximately 10–12 m² each. You will share the house with a maximum of three other housemates. There is a shared kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, and an extractor hood. The bathroom and toilet are also shared. Additionally, the house features a spacious garden surrounding the property and a separate, secure bicycle storage.

Parking:
Street parking is available (parking permit required).

Rental Price:
Monthly rent: €450 – €550, including advance payment for gas, water, and electricity (subject to change)
